Transcriptomics is a powerful tool set for identifying potential mRNAs and ncRNAs (non-coding RNA) for the reception of the endometrium. In this study, endometrial goats in estrus day 5 (ED5) and estrus day 15 (ED15) been systematically analyze the differential expressed genes (degs) what is induced by the embryo. There are 1,847 genes were significantly differentially expressed in endometrial induced embryos at ED5, and in 1346 at the ED15 (p-value <0.05).
